JAPANESE BILL FOR THE CONFISCATION OF ENEMY PROPERTY
Tokyo: A Bill calling for the creation of a special account for the administration and managenent of enemy property in Japan, China and the occupied areas of the Southern Regions in order to bolster production and strengthen the finance of Greater East Asia, was adopted by the Cabinet at a regular session. Besides the negative policy of merely...confiscating enemy property, the Bill is a definite step towards employing such property usefully. (Domei, 28 November, 1942)
